I do not think I want to add that card in. I only do not want to do so because it does not give me much value, I feel, for its sort of high cost to get out a number of saprolings. Thank you though for trying to make this build better!

I originally thought it was a little pricy myself (mana wise) until I tried it. Being an instant is important to why I think it's a good card. Any time your opponent ends their turn, if you have enough mana and / or creatures untapped, you get to make a few more Saprolings (the Buyback can be Convoked), and over a number of turns, you get to outswarm the opponent. It's not big and flashy like some infinite combo, but the constant value is on par with draw spells.

Yep, and you do this EOT. When your opponent has decided you're not worth attacking, and they'll hold out a turn. Or in response to attackers, when you block but before damage.

Doubling Season, and champion of lambholt...makes for a whole bunch of unblockable saproling. If not doubling season, then parallel lives.

I would also look at how you want the deck to play...do you want spore counters or a swarm? It's hard to do both in a saproling deck. The way to make spore counters work, is you have to have multiple upkeeps with cards like paradox haze.

I took a lot of your suggestions (in all honesty, all of them). I do not want to play spore counters, so I removed the cards that worked off of spore counters and replaced them with your other card suggestions. Thank you for helping make this build better!

Fungal infection is a solid card, often it's removal, it can always be a simple token generator, and sometimes you get both at once for {B}

Thank you Andarious! I agree with you that Fungal Infection is pretty solid.

Saproling Migration for early or late game. Works with a lot of the other cards you already have. Also Viscera Seer for a sac outlet? This would trigger Slimefoot or Golgari Germination.

everyone forgets that ivy lane denizen is the only useful denizen. (hint: especially with mycoloth)
