Scarecrow tribal Budget Deck meant to be played in a $50 or under EDH League. Your Commander is your key, as he acts as a vindicate whenever another scarecrow hits the field. Much of the deck is based around recurring your scarecrows and clearing the board of threats.
Budget scarecrow tribal where your commander is the key element. Any scarecrow coming into play while Reaper King is in the board destroys a permanent. Cauldron of Souls allows you to attack and defend with the threat of a "vindicate" if you block or destroy. Politically your deck does not appear very threatening and I hope to be let alone and not viewed as the main threat. This should help you establish some board presence until you are ready to act. You have the Deadeye Navigator/ Peregrine Drake infinite mana combo to win with Comet Storm, and I may add 1 or 2 more kill cards after playing. I want to win with scarecrows however not infinite cheese........

Suggestions welcome. This deck can be vastly improved by raising the budget. I am looking for inexpensive cards that will impact the deck in a positive manner. Please do not suggest expensive ($5 and up) cards. Thanks

I like your deck! The only things I can think of that might be useful and low budget are Nephalia Smuggler and Flickerform. I'd tell you to run Venser, the Sojourner because he'd really help abuse your ETB effects but he's not a 5 dollar card :)
The Venser is a great idea. I might add him to my own EDH Scarecrow deck. Same for Flickerform!
