I suppose you could slowly mill your opponent down to nothing but... Seems a jank way to do it, and wouldn't allow for Timetwister to be played at all. Judging by the tags on the deck, this is just ultra money slammed into a pile and called a deck.
From the title I assume the poster means that if you walk anywhere with this deck and don't have five armed security guards you are asking to get killed when someone robs you.
Honestly, very good deck. A shame that it isn't legal in any format though. I'm surprised this meta hasn't appeared in formats like vintage.
