Going on with my mono-colored budget series, this time BLUE.Its an artifact based deck based around flooding the board with cost reduction and pumping with lords to quickly finish the race with flying or big artifacts.//Does the deck need card draw? 1st turn Judge's Familiar or Mausoleum Wanderer both do the same job. Beeing blue and slowing of combo decks / protecting the lords against early removal.2nd turn play Chief Engineer (into Etherium Sculptor and also Pili-Pala (PP) if possible)Here, the crasy ramp is already going...3rd turn pump the team with Master of Etherium or Grand Architect (GA).Notice: If you attack with PP first and then play GA you can tap GA for {2} use that mana to untap PP producing {u}, use that for GA to make PP blue and tap PP with GA for {2} -> this setup is 2 card infinit mana combo!The spare mana can be put into a giantic Walking Ballista (searchable with Tolaria West and Inventors' Fair)
