Yes you can drop rocket launcher earlier on the battlefield and DUMB BLUE PLAYER might not have mana for counter :)And doge very cute

For a second, I didn't understand how those cards worked. And for everyone else who doesn't, here it is:1. Activate Goblin Cannon or Rocket Launcher.2. In response to the ability, activate it again.3. Repeat with the ability on the stack until you are out of mana.4. Blast your opponent's face.
Yea just like this! But with rocket launcher you cannot activate it on the turn you play it, kinda like summoning sickness.
Yeah, but still. Pretty powerful.
