When Illusionist's Bracers are attached to Kiora's Follower you can tap the follower to untap a permanent and with Illusionist's Bracers copy untap follower. With Myr Turbine out thats infinite 1/1 artifacts, then Time Sieve can tap to kill five of them and take another turn.Vizier of Tumbling Sands also works in place of Kiora's Follower
