I like the list, but Daze is banned in pauper sadly.

UPDATE:
I changed 4 cards in the sideboard because money.
- 2 [[Roiling Vortex]]
- 2 [[March of Otherworldly Light]]

+ 4 [[Leyline of Sanctity]]

I play exclusively on MTGO and [[Roiling Vortex]] is over $10 each, and [[March of Otherworldly Light]] is $5 each. In my current situation, I can not spend money on cards. I had a lot of this list already from playing modern and pauper. I just had to spend like $1 on random cards.
Not to mention that Leyline is a great cards against Scam and other heavy discard decks. I Could also remove the [[Kor Firewalker]] s and just use the Leyline as burn hate. Not sure yet because I only played a couple matches so far.

Oh, I see the build now! Very cool idea! My idea came to me while I was playing MTGO and talking to my brother about modern. He said my deck was basically modern legal already and just needed a couple upgrades. So I threw together this list. I like your deck a lot!
[[Makeshift Munitions]] is good because it can sacrifice artifacts as well as creatures. This gives more use to [[Ichor Wellspring]] and Blood Tokens. I do agree that the (1) each activation is limiting, but I wanted a more flexible option rather than using [[Goblin Bombardment]] for only creatures.
Now, [[Cleansing Wildfire]] is not to be used on the opponent's lands. It is synergy with [[Rustvale Bridge]] and [[Darksteel Citadel]] to draw 1 and ramp a land with 0 drawback because the land is indestructible. It's very common in builds like this in pauper. It also has the small upside to blow up a Tron land or a pesky [[Cabal Coffers]] randomly.

I hope this clears up some of my choices :)

Now this deck look familiar, hahaha.
Also, peek my updated list! I caved and bought 3 Dust to Dust, so now my affinity matchup has a slightly higher win rate.

I like the addition of [[Obscura Storefront]] and keeping a more basic land heavy deck. I am wondering how [[Talon Sliver]] came to mind when you tested and if it has made a difference in your games.

I had a deck like this drafted a few years ago, but didn't get too far with it because I was toying with quitting magic. I did end up quitting and can't find my old list sadly. I might *steal* this list and make adjustments as I see fit for my playstyle.

Thank you for testing this list! I feel honored :) . I personally haven't been able to test it yet because of school work and I am trying to finance a car, so my free time hasn't been there. I haven't touched anything yet but I did want to add [[Cast Down]] and cut at least 2 lands. From your testing, it seems [[Deadly Dispute]] is a dud and I will be cutting it. I didn't like it in there anyway. I think I will run 3 [[Cast Down]] and maybe main deck a single [[Suffocating Fumes]] . As for other utility creatures, I am not sure what I will do about that. I personally need to test and see where the holes are. This breakdown you have made does help a ton though.

The only real issue is the amount of tapped lands you have. It can be a downside playing a turn behind at times.

Aside from that, burn is a tough matchup because it's just so darn fast. Pauper has a problem with burn currently because a ton of people are playing it for fast an easy wins. Having said that, I wouldn't force any extra life gain spells because other matchups would be rough as well. I just think people need to relax on burn haha.

I wonder if I should run only basics, 4 ash barrens, and 4 of this card. I just worry about having every land enter tapped. I would be playing a turn behind a lot of the game.
Well, this is what testing is for, right? :P

***UPDATE***

After testing a bit, I made some adjustments to the list.
-4 [[Thraben Inspector]]
-3 [[Preordain]]
-1 [[Destroy Evil]]
-1 Island
+1 Swamp
+4 [[Cauldron Familiar]]
+4 [[Chittering Rats]]
The deck was too white heavy making [[Cavern Harpy]] a dead draw a lot of the time. I took some suggestion and added in [[Cauldron Familiar]] and [[Chittering Rats]] to have more targets with [[Cavern Harpy]] and I have been impressed with the synergy so far. My biggest concern is the manabase. I am having a rough time being consistent and usually lost to bad mana. I might have to redo the numbers again to make sure I can make this work.

Firstly, how do you hyperlink cards like this?
Also, I like Cauldron Familiar a lot. Chittering Rats is a card I was thinking of as well but decided against it. It is still possible to test. If I did decide to run ghostly flicker, I would for sure use Radiant Fountain.

This list is always a work in progress, and the seeker of the way was a filler card that has surprised me time and time again with multi spell turns and swinging in for 4+ lifelink damage. I do also like the Orzhov build and might make a list of it myself soon.
As for the descriptions; I use to make decks and give details about how they work and machup data. But after being away from the game for 3 or so years and coming back, I mostly use this site to just categorize my lists from MTGO. There use to be about 50+ other decks on my profile that I have deleted because I don't have the deck anymore, or I just didn't care about the list. I play exclusively on MTGO and I like to keep active lists to share with others. Also, this site has 'died down' a lot since I use to use it regularly years back. I don't know if people are all using Tappedout or a newer site that I haven't heard of yet. I might start making descriptions again that details matchup info, sideboard info, tips, tricks, ect. But as for right now, I am just keeping it simple and making these list for myself to keep things in order.

It's not really an aggro deck per say. It is tempo and value that can win out of nowhere. I was going to remove the Boros Garrison because after playing this for a few days it is the worst top deck. Kabira Crossroads is good because of having white available if needed.
I have an old list that used Radiant Fountain and I did like it, but was screwed on colors a couple times. That list is also about 4 or 5 years old now hahaha.
If I was looking to win fast, I would like the Teetering Peaks. But the deck is still running well against many different archetypes and is I think 22-3 so far if my game logs are correct.

I still need to buy more cards for this deck to truly test it. I play on MTGO (Magic The Gathering Online) exclusively, and sadly I can't test until I actually own the cards.
As for off color lands, I could get away with a triome or two, or even a couple off color duals, but I think that in the long run it will make the deck more clunky. Being a 4x Blood Moon main deck, I have to dilute the manabase enough to make the deck work through a blood moon on the board.
I did have a couple Alpine Moon in the side, but decided to keep them out because I can ritual it out on T2 and usually not have to worry about counters (Unless they side in Warping Wail). So I think I will just lean on blood moon and side in pithing needle and oblivion ring to handle the big bad walkers if a blood moon is destroyed.

Having said all this, I still need to test when I get the rest of the cards at the beginning of January. I appreciate your input Smeffy, thanks! :)

Aquitect's Will is a neat card, but I think Spreading Seas is better because it turns off lands and makes them an Island. Will only makes the land an Island in addition to what it always does. Also, Spreading Seas lets you draw a card.
I also think that replacing Annul for something like Negate is better because Annul is a very narrow counterspell.
I could get nit picky and say that Relic of Progenitis is better over Tormod's Crypt, but I like both cards. You just gain more from Relic with the ability to tap it to remove one card, and sacrificing it lets you draw.
But yea, looks like blue spells and with Delver, a classic.

Deck is going to be in construction soon to remove the threshold for more of a jund midrange deck with some madness. The current meta is very harsh against my build.

Yeah, I threw this together very late at night when I was having trouble sleeping. My brain wasn't fully awake, so I have a few things I need to fix. The Alpine Moon I was thinking about trying to get under Tron quickly if I was on the draw, but I don't think I really need to worry about that too much. And you are right about Eidolon vs Rule of Law. I was just tired and forgot about Rule of Law. Swords to Plowshares isn't modern legal, and Prismatic Ending isn't too good in this list because I can only make 2 colors. I don't think it's worth splashing a triome or 2 for it. Mesa Enchantress is a decent shout, and I think I will test it. I just can't afford cards like the evoke guys (Fury and Solitude) so I am trying to go on the cheap side of things.

They are. Beetleback Chief was in Vintage masters (MTGO Set), and Goblin General was also in Vintage Masters. Both at common. Due to the legality changes to the Pauper format, they are legal in both paper and online :)

Just went 3-2 in a league. Lost to 4c Tron and a strange B/R Turbo Ulamog's Crusher/Dragon's Breath Reanimator deck. I kind of want to build that Reanimator deck now... As for wins: UBR Delver/Control 2-1, Mono Black Control 2-1, GR Stompy 2-0 (He had bad draws).
