No m12 ones taplands they come in tapped unless you control the basic land type it corresponds to (for example red white one would enter the battle field tapped unless you controlled a mountain or plains

Also if this would be competitive you will need a lot more duel lands try instrawed m12 lands with some shock lands.

Also mindrack does not do much for you so maybe replace it with another manaweft

You an use them to attack it just seems that they would get killed easily even with scion

Scion cause in this deck it looks like you are using your fairys to control not to swing.
