Redcap probably should be in the main, but the deck does pretty well with "infinite life, beat you down". Also, you don't want 4-ofs of those combo pieces because they add nothing in multiples. Melira is legendary (the reason we have more Anafenzas is because she's still good outside of the combo) and you don't really want more than one Seer on the field at any one time because, in multiples, the other copies are just 1CMC 1/1s. Whereas, 4 Finks is good because they're, at worst, 3CMC 3/2s with upside that you're rarely unhappy to see.
