Deck Description

This is a fun, very inexpensive infect deck that I made that consistently wins turn 2-5. Its pretty unreal. People complain about how it takes the fun out of magic...but I'd argue playing a 30 minute, unwinnable slug fest against a control or orzhov deck is equally as unfun....but takes 30x the amount of time!
Any tips would be awesome. I've been contemplating changing to green/blue for unblockable infect and other blue cards that are good for infect but it'd involve getting a new mana base...and double strike/ being able to kill their blockers early is very valuable.

Deck discussion for Turn2/3 Win - Infect Deck

oooo this is nice! my friend runs a green/blue infect deck that is equally as quick as this. In blue you have Blighted Agent, and Artful Dodge which are helpful, BUT you can't argue with an Assault Strobe. Powerful deck, challenge your friends to make a faster deck if they don't like it! I have a SUPER quick goblin deck that wins on turn 3-5 and i face my friend for little best of 3 battles, they take like 2 minutes each but are more fun than a long game!

livewire lash on a creature makes it so that you deal poison counters just for targeting the creature, but that might be too slow for your tastes. my friend has an infect deck thats almost as fast. hopefully he never sees this one... EVER

Haha, yes I've given much thought to livewire lash - it is a fantastic card. Another one of my decks uses and abuses gelectrode - he with livewire lash or basalisk collar would be very deadly indeed. This is basically a turn 2/3/4 combo deck that needs to hit the cards right (or mulligan to 6 if you don't hit what you need) to kill the opponent before they get ANYTHING rolling, meaning livewire lash is too slow. Anyhow, good luck against your friends deck!

This is how decks should be! lol. I love it. Fast or not at all.
Also, Goblins > infect

Fun deck, nice combination of red & green for infect!

You should switch to blue & green though, like you mentioned :-) The unblockable makes your attack so relaxed, there's nothing standing in your way.

Check out my U/G infect deck for ideas if you want to. Apostle's Blessing is a great card to have. Also my deck is much cheaper, which is also a plus. And it works like a charm évery time. Last time we had a multiplayer match with 6, 3 vs 3 (emperor vs emperor), I managed to take out the bodyguard and emperor in no time. Easy as pie! :D

Berserk is perhaps the most powerful card you can put in an infect deck. It's a pricey card, so that might be why you left it out.
