This Standard deck looks to take advantage of Decimator Web, Shriekhorn, and other recent milling and discard cards. I was surprised by the effectiveness of Decimator Web and Shriekhorn at my local store's prerelease and am wondering whether they might add up to a playable deck at the standard level. Counter and discard effects look to keep the player alive (and milling) until Geth, Jace, and/or the two recent Swords hit the battlefield. I'll likely need to include some more flexibility or accelerators, in the sideboard if not the main deck, and would love to hear your suggestions on the deck. The sideboard is just ideas on what to put there. I'm aware that Jace, the Mind Sculptor would be useful here, but hesitant to include him because of budget concerns.
