Haha didn't notice the budget. Yeah, it was an old pre-gatecrash standard deck I just found, which was pricey because it also had white/black, so it had 4 sorin lord of innistrads, midnight hauntings, shock lands, etc... I changed it since there are newer cards that work well such as the young pyromancer/molten birth combo. Also, I have more cards that I could discard using faithless looting since young pyromancer is at 4 and I don't even necessarily need him. Also, I realized that I could possibly mill my opponent if i am able to use elixir of immortality properly along with reforge the soul. I almost always add at least 1 of either elixir of immortality or gaea's blessing in my casual decks depending if I have green or not, to prevent getting milled.

Needs Blue, Goblin Electromancer, Draw/Filter. U then can add Delver and Ral Zarek to be a dick with Krenko Mob Boss. Reduce all your token produce to 1-2 mana instead of 2-3, you can also use a storm mechanic with Empty the Warrens Battoe Hymn and Past in Flames
Thank you! My buddy also kept mentioning empty the warrens, but I didn't know how to put it in as I usually don't do combo decks. Goblin electromancer and delver are amazing, but this is one of the few decks I have in real life, and adding nonbasic lands for blue/red will get expensive for me. I will try it out online for free to see if it's worth it.
