Deck Description

Hello Guys,

this is my idea for a Devotement- Deck with G and B.
I had only a black Sacrifice- Deck which became boring to me, so now I wanted to make it more interesting with more opportunities to win. Of course I wanted the deck to be quick, so that the opponent is under pressure from the first round to the last.

I'm open for suggestions and Idea's, so please tell me.

Best regards
Intet

How to Play

The Idea behind the Deck is relly easy, you just have to look at the cards.
You have low manacost creatures with nice effects and then some bigger creatures which profited from it. And your opponent loses all his creatures time after time with gravepact, geth's verdict or fleshbag marauder.

Deck discussion for Devotement

One problem that I see is that you have a lot of fodder, but not too many finishers in here. lumberknot is a good idea for this because he gets big late game and is annoying because of his hexproof ability, you could also use scavenger drake or algae gharial (I prefer lumberknot personally) . Some more suggestions I would have would be ogre slumlord or pawn of ulamog to keep your blocker count up when you sacrifice, and possibly blood artist to drain health.

Thanks for your suggestion, you are right. I have to test lumberknot in this deck.
Pawn of Ulamog is a card, that I didn't think about, but it's very good and useful!
Blood Artist is also a card I have thought about, I'll keep this card in my sideboard and will test it, if I notice that I need something that gets me some regenaration.

Your welcome. First deck I ever made was a green black self destruct deck like this that ran lumberknot, and he was the thing about it that all of my friends hated the most. Good luck with the testing and future duels!
