I would use rite of flames instead of Pyretic rituals. Have you considered brighthearth bannerets? Rage reflection seems expensive too. Take a look at my first strike wither deck sometime if you will.

Just like another red/black wither deck i saw a minute ago, i would switch it to mono black. Your red instant wither damage cards are ok but not the best cards in the deck, and not very important. And as in any (particularly mono-) black deck i would add dark rituals. Other than that I would probably leave out Grim poppet, the mana-cost is just too high for what it does. Would you like to take a look at my first strike wither deck?
I would make this mono black. You only need red for 2 cards, do you realize how much it sucks when you have only mountains in your hand? Replace terminate with a black card, leave out blightning completely and put in dark rituals, cause they tend to speed things up. I have a mono red first strike wither deck, take a look sometime..
