Control, or outpace with flyers that have haste and some secondary uses. Nice amount of filter and card draw, coupled with just enough low drops to make the 24 lands viable. Let me know what you think
Typically a 3 land hand to start will win with no matter what else you're holding. I'll try and get tempest out turn 2 if they don't show a swiftspear/bloodsoaked champion turn 1. if so bounce creature back, or put up a blocker. then from there make sure to hit their turn 3/4 play (depending on if it's aggro or mid-range deck type) with a counter (sorcerer, clash of wills etc.) this sets a huge opportunity to drop a hasty dragon down turn 4 to punish them. from then on bounce creatures, out-draw, burn, go wide, whatever you please to do. the monastery sieges and anticipates allow you great access to your library along with cruise and dig, I've gotten back to the bottom of the library in a few hands.

Let me hear some feedback, testing now. FNM ready in 8 hours? idk....

just the slightest mana problem, 23 seems too few, 24 too many.... X[
just ran an avaricious dragon in there. too many times than not I'd be sitting with a counter/anticipate with no follow up just to see next 20 cards riddled with lands. as a 1-of i think avaricious might not be terrible considering when coupled with tempest its a 4-mana burn for 5 damage? what do you think?

wish me luck lol....
3-1 in standard... not bad at all... needed to be more wary on turn 4 plays, made the mistake of tapping out to make a board and then eating the shit out of gideon or huge converge guy. main tip is to start playing bounce cantrips for cheap while maintaining mana for counters. if i had done that id have won 4-0 no problem. also radiant flames would make this perfect. allies all seem to get to the 2/2 mark pretty quickly, and with a 2 color converge, i could wipe the board for 3, no problem. overall would rate this deck at 6/10 but considering the price to make the entire deck, definitely a contender for mid-budget competitive players. btw the deck i lost to was jeskai with jace's fetches, gideons, the works. was outclassed by about 600$
