This deck focuses on using the endless combo between Exquisite Blood, Sanguine Bond, and the extort activation. Simply put, get the mana with Crypt Ghast, get the cards with Diabolic Tutor, and gain life as they lose it.

I ran a similar combo a while back that was for a little while standard legal. It used vizkopa guildmage instead of sanguine bond since her ability also doesn't target one opponent which means them having hexproof can't save them.
