I love Soul Sister decks! So many different ways to make them, it's great.My biggest recommendation for one using Genesis Chamber is to use 4 Suture Priests. Because Genesis chamber is a world effect it makes you opponents get tokens as well when they play creatures. So, hypothetically, if you have one Chamber and two Priests in play and they play one creature they lose 4 life. Boom.
