This is pretty simple, play out as many wolves as you can, Immerwolves and Wolfir Silverhearts are there for boosting power/toughness of the other wolves, Pyrehearts are for making it more difficult to block. Feed the Pack can be combined with the Wolfir Silverhearts to make the sacrificed creature much more powerful for more wolves. Blessings of Nature works well with Silverfur Partisan on the field.
