Hi looking for a way to make this deck play quicker. Also, I'm wondering if I do not have too much creature. Don't know which one to remove. They are all good in my opinion lol.

i would take out two of your diabolic tutors and put in one more call to the grave, since one of your creatures helps you search deck. then for the other card to replace your second tutor add one more liliana death's majesty.

But diabolic tutors can search anything in deck (call to the grave and liliana death's majesty too), so if you need liliana - you search liliana, if you need call to the grave - you search call to the grave. Or if you need anything another you search that. (depends only on the situation)
I also think the Diabolic Tutors are somewhat slowing you down. If you really like the effect, then perhaps more Sidisis. You can also get away with running just one Army of the Dead, since it's searchable.Some 3-4 lands could help casting the bigger cards or keep some in reserve for Relentless Dead.The zombies are currently a kind of good stuff collection, which is quite common when first creating a zombie deck since there are so many zombie options available. If you can find a narrower theme in them, it could help letting some creatures go. I see atleast two major routes this might diverge into: recurring or tokens.

Diabolic Tutors make deck slower and this deck can be better, but in my previous comment I wanted to say: Diabolic Tutors isn't bad and can save your life.As I said depends only on the situation.

If you want to make it as fast as possible, add in two more rotting regisaurs
You’re not using mono black, or particularly zombies correctly. Go through your graveyard. Use cards like Buried Alive to get your win conditions in your graveyard, the animate them. One of my favorite animate spells is Victimize. Cards that allow you to mill your own deck in order to find your reanimate cards are also an excellent choice.
