I had not seen Black Vise, but I will keep it in consideration.

I wanted to avoid including smaller creatures even if they had these types of effects. Instead, I opted to include fattier creatures and other more powerful cards for the late game and leave those slots open for mana rocks and enchantments.

I also wanted to avoid including too many one-off draw spells and focus on recurring effects such as Howling Mine and Forced Fruition. I felt like I would get more value that way.
