Based off the 2013 Commander deck Evasive Maneuvers, this deck is meant to blink and flicker your creatures in and out with many etb effects as well as many great support cards in Bant colors.I'm still working on my land base.
Start by ramping your land base. Make good use of the card draw support. Cast your creatures, then Blink and flicker them. Work your way into infinite mana. A good amount of board wipes and spot removal makes this deck resilient.
