I like it - If anything I'd suggest adding more removal at as low a cost as you can. Maybe adding some Crypt Ghasts for ramping.

I like this. Maybe do what DoctorDelt suggested and add Crypt Ghast to get out Exquisite Blood out faster. Especially if you're in it to win it.
