The idea here is a little strange.It is a combo using Tainted Remedy and splice onto arcane with Roar of Jukai draining 5 life instead of giving 5 life..The more Roars you have in hand, the more you can drain with a single cantrip, and since it is part of the cost, not the effect, countering the spell doesn't prevent it.Start by getting out Tainted Remedy, then cast any arcane spell and splice as many Roar of Jukai as you henge in hand. Don't have any Roars in hand? Not a problem. Almost all your spells are cantrips and help you draw into it. In theory you can win on turn 4.Fun fact! Paying the splice cost for Roar of Jukai does NOT target a player. This means you can even use this against opponents with shroud or hexproof.
