Pretty good deck. What's the point of Puppet Conjurer? The only blue mana you can produce is from Rupture Spire so it seems pretty limited in this deck. I'd switch it out with Bitterblossom or Prowess of the Fair. It also might be beneficial to remove the green from this deck. You can replace Scarland Thrinax with Vampire Aristocrat: it's basically the same effect but +2/+2 until the end of turn instead of +1/+1 counters. You can add 1 more Scavenger Drake and 1 more Rockslide Elemental to make up for the lost Algae Gharial.

Get it down to 60 and use a less variety of cards, if you have 1 of every card it's hard to set up combos and get the card you need when you need it.

Sup. I'd take out the Kavu Predator and Invigorate for Seal of Strength and Skarrgan Put-Skulk. Since this isn't in standard you should definitely put in some Rancors (the ultimate green spell). Also Talara's Battalion and Nettle Sentinel are nice. Good deck over all though.

Pretty cool deck. I made a red version similar to this but with warriors and elementals, it would be interesting to see who's deck would win. Check it out at

Personally I'd increase the number of Goldmeadow Harriers to 4 because they are really good, and lower the count of Asha's Favor.

This deck wasn't stolen. That's like saying every elf made was stolen from someone else. Yes, the core cards are the same but most of the cards are different. In any case his deck seems better because it had more later, powerful cards like Thundermare and Shard Pheonix.

Man, I hate blue. I guess you could rock some counterspells in there. It would be interesting to see this deck played against one of mine, which is straight up land searching. Here is a link.

Since this deck is all about searching for forests, you could probably manage well with less than 36. Rites of Flourishing should probably go also.

I made a deck similar to this: http://www.mtgvault.com/viewdeck.php?did=3182

You should check out my Forest Caller deck.

It sort of has the same premise as this, but can produce lands a lot faster and takes advantage of having a lot of lands with Baru and Allosaurus Rider. Joande's right, Gaea's Anthem belongs in a deck with tiny creatures. Replacing them with Summoner's Pact and a Panglacial Wurm would be a great idea. Or if you're willing to unstandardize the deck, rock out Pack Hunts from Nemesis.

How are you going to activate the Vitu-Ghazi ability? You don't have any White mana producing spells.

The way you described this deck makes it sound ridiculously emo. I'd rock some Phyrexian Arenas just because it gives you mad card advantage and goes along with the theme of the deck. Also a life gain deck would ruin this deck's shit.

Yeah I figured it would still be really slow, but I have no idea on how to make it faster. I think I could also play really conservatively against control but that's kind of hard for me, I'm really impatient.

You could probably afford to cut some lands out for more elves. Also you don't need 4 Ambush Commanders or that random Kavu Predator... wtf is up with that creature?

Definitely rock out 4 Pact of the Titan from the Future Sight set

If you have the money, you should add more of the dual lands (Brushland, Temple Garden). The armadillo cloak should compensate for the damage taken. Ancestral Mask would work well in this as well.

Seshiro's says "whenever a snake deals combat damage to a player" so it would apply for all your snakes as long as Seshiro is in play.

I think you need trample in your deck, most of the creatures have effects when the creature deals combat damage to a player. A chump block could totally nullify that effect and decrease deck efficiency. I say you should add overrun, stampede, or a Gruul War Plow.

This deck seems mana starved. Try adding a couple of Utopia Sprawls. Thran Golem would work well in this also.

Dark ritual would work really well in this deck. Nether Traitor might be a good addition. And if you have the money, rock a couple Korlash, Heir to Blackblades.

Yeah I put in Jolrael for crowd control. It was either that for Nacatl War-Pride from Future Sight. It would be hard to get them out when I need them though.

This deck is also supposed to have 4x Baru, Fist of Krosa, and 2x, Quagnoth from the Future Sight Set. I also think I clicked Defense Grid one too many times: get of my back already.
