If you're trying to trigger Marit Lage's Slumber, I think it would be better to play white for On Thin Ice, since it is a snow permanent for Slumber and a removal spell. I would also consider finding a spot for Scrying Sheets, it's Frost Augur but as a land. Playing bant instead of sultai also gives you access to Prismatic Ending and [[Teferi, Timer Raveler]].I like the idea, so +1.

Hey thanks for the ideas with bant I will definitely try it out for sure but I don’t think marit lage‘s slumber will staying in. I want to try isocron scepter in its place just to be more annoying
