You should add karametra's acolyte.
it only adds one mana of a single color for one colorless mana. it doesn't do anything else.
might want to take out mana cylix.
moonveil dragon could also be quite nice.
you need to have dragonspeaker shaman. it makes it easier to cast the dragons reliably.
you might add grove of the guardian. it gives you an 8/8 vigilace elemental.
that looks much better, but still not quite perfect. not sure what to add though....

because of the crypt ghast this deck isn't legal edh
I'm still new to magic, so i'm not sure how this deck will do. If you have any suggestions of cards to take out for a replacement please let me know. I built this deck from stuff that looked cool.
