The Name says it all. this i my take on how I think the commander 2017 wizard deck should have been if I were on the WOTC team. human wizard theme can easily be turned into a blow out if Dictate of Heliod was added or any anthem spell is added.
stall the game from opponents casting spells and attacking you until mechanized production and sphere of resistance is online. win condition is 8 spheres of resistance. making spells coast more and more mana will make the combo almost impossible to stop. If that fails get in with some wizards. human sub theme for Xathrid Necromancer.
