I stopped going to my lgs and work has me busy on the weekends so I really haven't had the ability to play magic outside of mtga which didn't want to cooperate for quite a while. I haven't played any tcg in about a year.

Unfortunately, dovescape and teferi's moat can't lock anyone out of the game. You would have to add a 3rd color in order to lock down the tolens.

Curious, has anyone heard of the app called Amino? I was thinking that we could possibly make a group for the vault there.

Not quite. It's a format called Tiny Leader, kinda like a mini edh. 50 card deck (49 +1 commander). I'm trying to figure out what I want in the deck and then I'll change the Mana base accordingly.
That's what bad moon is for. To keep the disciple alive. Also, altar can mill out an opponent as well.
