Thromok is the commander. Bring out a lot of tokens and little guys while you ramp, then sac most of them (at least 5) for a lethal Thromok the Insatiable. If your feeling particularly evil, build up to 10 tokens and/or little creatures before bringing out Thromok for a brutal 100/100 commander. If you happen to have Garruk, Wildspeaker or Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon (Arlinn Kord transformed) out, use them to give Thromok trample or use Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon's last ability to directly deal the damage. Fungal Sprouting prepares more tokens for the next time Thromok dies. If he dies immediately and you have the mana, you can bring him back out as a 10000/10000 after Fungal Sprouting if you waited until 10 creatures to bring out Thromok.
