Ideally you want 2 vampires turn 1, 4 vampires turn 2, 6 vampires turn 3....etc. Then play a Captivating Vampire/Stromkirk Captain turn 3 or a Bloodline Keeper turn 4 and either steal or pump vampires until Edgar can come out to play and pump them all up more. Remove problem creatures and draw more vampires with draw cards. Gain control of problem creatures or exile them. Use lifelink to pay for the draw cards and there you have it. Edgar is rarely needed to make it to the battle field, as this deck is made to turn shit sideways every turn.
