Yeah, I have a bit of a love interest for Goblins, therefor, we get decks like this, where Goblins aren't known to be a predominant trope anymore. Debating between Dynacharge and Banner's Raised, as Dynacharge is 2 mana more for +1 more power to all creatures, and Banner's Raised is only 1 mana, and casting two of them would be cheaper than casting one Dynacharge...

Thank you! Extreme budget is kind of a specialty of mine. I like finding themes that can be fairly competitive and can be put together for extremely cheap, but having someone liking one of my decks like this means a lot to me.
I love goblins too and have a mean vintage deck. Always wondered if Goblins can still compete in type 2. I've got a deck list for a red/blue standard goblin deck, perhaps you could check it out?
