In this deck. You should basically destroy all creatures your oppenents control. Once they're all dead you can just kill them with your weaker ones. Or since they won't have any creatures to sac, Desecration demon. Or wait for sorins vengence to do a killing blow. Since some of the destroys requiring tapping (royal assassin, assassinate) you can tap them with midnight charm or rathi trapper. ANY feedback is appreciated. Please tell me how I could improve it. right away i would say Gideon Lawkeeper instead of leonin bola. Also, as an added bonus Gideon Avenger for the tapping. ( I use this all the time). With Lawkeeper and Trapper the Avenger will be NASTY! Phthisis is nice but if it hits the battlefield itll have a huge target on its back and wont last long enough to play. I might play go for the throat over ultimate price. All in all nice build. I can guarantee the Gideons could make this deck devastating. Hope I helped...

It don't look like he is running any white on here. Those sudjestions are great for the theme he is shooting for.
Phthisis is a suspended card; you can't affect it until it comes into the battlefield. Suspended cards aren't in the game; they are exiled from your hand directly. They finally enter the battlefield when the suspend counters come off (and only then can they be countered)
Sorry, the gideons would definitely help, but I'm try to run mono-black. I used to have a small amount of white but just didn't seem to work as well.
Is this supposed to be mono black or is it black white? I notice the deck color on top is white/black. You may want to run 4 Dark Ritual instead of the 2. This being because most of your spells have a high casting cost. Or take out some of the higher casting cost removal ( i.e. Sorin's vengeance and Phthisis ) for some cheaper cost ones like ( Doom Blade ) or ( Go for the Throat ) these you can at least play at instant speed. Or maybe even Disfigure, Grasp of Darkness, and Dismember. Visara the Dreadful is cool she is almost like Avatar of Woe. Or even Deathbringer Liege. Hope this helps. beyond

I don't quite understand harvester of souls. Since in this deck drawing a card really won't matter all that much. If you needed a large creature there are plenty of others XD
I have him because if i have reaper from the abyss out and oppenents have no creatures out i want a few more large demons to Deal damage so i cant kill them. (note: reaper says "destroy nondemon creature") And he gives a bonus for things dying so and deathtouch is a nice added bonus
