Yes, and spellskite will help that deck by preventing the opponent from disturbing your time combos
it can protect your spells from being countered or your creatures from being removed its very useful

Deathbringer regent works terribly in the deck it will kill everything else that you got out with kaalia but boltwing marauder is amazing

In case you did not know, commander is a 100- card singleton format, which means there can only be one of each card besides basic lands so you might want to fix that.
Manafixing could be better. Shocks, fetches, and pain lands can and should be used in modern. Good aggro though.
