After doing some actual play testing against this deck it turns out you can play a few ways.1) Obviously, get lots of rats and hit for tonnes.2) Helm of the Hosts on Annointed Deacon = lots of vampire damage (Commander if you so choose)3) Tortured Existence, hit with commander, if it dies just discard one of your many rats to get her into your hand = no commander tax3b) Ad As Foretold and cast your command for {B} from Tortured Existence.4) Helm of Hosts on Commander just to exile creatures while winning the game.
