control until you can safely use the splintertwin combo. exarch is preferred because its tougher to burn but pestermite can also do the trick if you have a lack of options

They normally don't run him...Kiki combo is a different deck.generally running resto plus whatever else.
ive usually seen 1-2 kiki in every splintertwin deck ive seen
The super old lists maybe...He's just too expensive, most twin decks go for a more control build nowadays than just an all in combo build.
