Just a little black only, small creature heavy deck with an infinite life combo. Nothing to see here.
4 Nether Shadows and a Life Chisel give infinite life. Ashen Ghoul, Nether Traitor and Reassembling Skeleton come back from the grave. Will O Wisp and Fog of Gnats are good cheap regenerating blockers. Blood Seeker is there in case someone tries to drop an army on the table. Lots of cards to sac creature to and Grave Pact to help thin out a herd.

I would suggest Buried Alive, searching your deck for three Nether Shadows and putting them in your graveyard. This could trigger the combo faster. Also a couple other ideas I run Bloodghast but, they are a bit more expensive in price. This looks like a deck idea I ran years ago about 94' or 95' it's nice to see a deck running older cards, great job on the deck.
