Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Imagine a bolt....that bolt gets twin casted....that twincast gets twin casted.......that twincast gets echoed via echo mage lvl 4.....u now have 12 lightning bolts raining in for 36 damage, but wait...cast through time was on the board so they all have rebound. you then play time warp.....the shit happens again for another 36 damage....BOOOOOOM ur dead. this combo without cast through time and time warp takes RUUUUUU to activate with an already lvl 4 echo mage. i think 6xU mana and 1xR mana is reachable since i have many counters. im not saying the deck is perfect by any means and suggestions will be appreciated. the deck is T2 Standard legal. thanks

the example is not the only combo. you can echo a twin cast on any burn spell with great results :)

this is cool and all but super slow. i just dont see you staying alive long enough to use this combo as it is very expensive
well with this deck i can have 5 mana by turn 5 (RUUUU) cast a bolt, cast a twincast, then echo(lvl2) or just another twincast for 12 damage. i have counters to keep my opponent down to help out too. but what kinda help can u give me to speed it up.
i think you should max out the cancels, essence scatters, double negatives keep the lightning bolts just in case, then cut the rest except for twin cast of course and put unstable footings and lava axes and go straight for the life points and just hope you pull enough counter cards - you could put some wall of frost to stall as well
Well itsa hard to speed up a control deck and not take out counter spells. At the same time you have to make sure you get the combo cards to play. If you could splash black you could run some Diabolic Tutor to get the cards but then you need to blue and red mana. Splashing green you could have birds and or druids ally guy and get mana maybe faster for the combo. But still you would have to take crap out for that. I like Halimar Depths not sure if others do but its an impuls thats a island. Drop that first or second turn and help get the mana/combo cards. You dont have to speed it up if you can slow others down. Earthquack if you are not scared of taking damage and pyroclasum are great but your creaturs take damage. Merfolk looter and or that new one they have could help to get cards you dont need out your hand and draw cards you might need, but they are really only good if you are going to last longer than 8+ rounds and you want to go off by then I think. If you dont care if your opp. draws there is Burning Inquir. That might help you out.

essence scatter and twincast are m10, which just left standard
They don't leave standard untill October (when Scars of Mirrodin gets released).
reverberate would work the same though so you could use reverberate instead of twincast and more mana leak instead of essence scatter
