Vampire Nighthawk works great anywhere. I have 3-4 in almost all my black decks. :)

I just noticed one of the pop-up adds on this page is for Terminix, which has a picture of a rat. I'd say thats fitting.

I dig it. Have you considered using Jace, Memory Adept? He's worked wonders in my blue mill deck.

I like that Gnat Miser idea. And you're both right, I've noticed I draw WAY too much land and it clutters things up.
