Hey buddy if you want this to be a on win life deck it would be a good idea to put some life gain lands in it such as the Starlit Sanctum this is very helpful in two ways. it can give life to you and take life from your opponent. take a look and it is also a good idea to do a 2 color deck when doing life gain. if you get some life drains and some Soul burns.
tell you one thing your missing the Inviolability that would help with the wall of glare.
Another good life gaining land is Diamond Valley (about forty bucks on Ebay, a little pricey), I did a wicked life gaining deck with Preacher, an old The Dark card that you gain control of the other players creatures and then sacrifice them to gain life of there toughness with Diamond Valley.
