Angelic Overseer and runed stalactite make a very hard to remove angel. Book of exalted deeds makes any angel into a platinum angel. Karn, Stoneforge and Urza's saga help find all of the necessary artifacts, as well as silver bullets like pithing needle, soul-guide lantern etc. Doomskar, solitude and On thin ice help you control the board while you get to your literally unbeatable late game. You also have a decent midgame potential thanks to the classic stoneforge and living weapon synergy, saga constructs, and all of the incidental lifegain pumping out 3/3s with the book of exalted deeds. Inspiring statuary helps cast our angels, solitudes and planeswalkers.
