Use Jace, mill cards (Mindsculpt, Paranoid Delusions, Dimir Charm) to mill and then use Jace's Phantasm and Consuming Aberration. Use Cipher cards on Invisible Stalker. Use Dimir Charm, Hands of Binding, Hidden Strings for board control. Lazav and Duskmantle Guildmage give versatility. Use Mind Grind, Undercity Plague, Consuming Aberration for end game. I realize the sideboard is too big and does not make much sense. I use this to keep track of the cards I have. Hidden strings can be used to untap lands or give vigilance. Cipher spells activate Consuming Aberration’s ability. Drowned catacomb only enters tapped if you don’t control an island/swamp (first turn).
