Literally almost everything is a one time use kind of thing, you drop it and use it. If the game gets drawn out long enough to where you have extra mana, summon a fat Skitter of Lizards. Monastery Swiftspear gets buff really quick with all the 1-drops mid-game. Spark Jolt, Spark Spray, and Implement of Combustion keep, or at least try to keep, cards in your hand because you'll be going through them quick. The deck is also relatively cheap. It also wouldn't be that hard to turn this into a pauper deck either, since only 14 cards aren't common and there are 16 other options (4x4=16), and make it even cheaper. Guttersnipe isn't a 1-drop, but it does suit the deck nicely.
