Deck discussion for Wizard Self Mill

Self Mill, Laboratory Maniac? Replace Seal of Removal with Vapor Snag? Sages Dousing and boomerang with mill spells. Archive Trap and thought scour. Replace Ringskipper with Nimble Obstructionist. (You won't win many fights)
Possibly Riddleform. Mind Sculpt, tome scour.
Also... Delver of Secrets is a Wizard.

I would try something like this:
4x Delver of Secrets
4x Nimble Obstructionist
4x Laboratory Maniac
4x Vapor Snag
4x Thought Scour
4x Tome Scour
4x Mind Sculpt
4x Mana Leak
2x Mana Chains
4x Sage of Fables
22x Island

I made one using Docent of Perfection. If you can delay long enough to play the Docent and flip it, things get fun. I wouldn't take it to a tournament, but it's fun to just play VS. friends.

I'd say, if you want to go the mill route, moosemoose's advice is pretty solid.

If you'd like to hit hard instead, "Nameless One" is what you need to invest in.

A third option is to build a mostly defensive deck and use Prodigal Sorcerer and Zuran Spellcaster to deal damage. You can enchant them with Charisma or Sigil of Sleep or Curiosity and basically auto-win every game. That's what I'd personally go for.
