Well the two best I could think of are, Rishkar, but he's three mana, not two, but he does give +1/+1 counters, and I think your deck would like that, or Druid of the Cowl, but he doen't have two power.

Looks like a pretty sweet deck. I think that it is going to do well. But, I have a couple suggestions that you might want to consider. Maybe consider adding Steel Leaf Champion, that way you can turn Rhonas on earlier, and with Goreclaw, a 6/5 with trample is nothing to scoff at. Also, maybe consider adding more mana dorks, just so you can get to your big baddies faster. Those are the only suggestions I have. :)

Hey man, good deck, I like it. However, it seems that, from the sample hands I got, that you don't have enough mana to do anything good 50% of the time. I would take out the Essence Wardens, and Virdian longbows, and maybe even the Quirion rangers, and replace them with lands or mana dorks. But, this is just my personal opinion, if you like the deck the way it is, then you don't have to change it. :)

I would recommend walk the plank instead of go for the throat simply because I see more artifact creatures than merfolk.

Take 2 wurms out, and add 2 emrakuls in

Nope no deeper idea, but you could create a deck with a deeper idea if you want.

Maybe add Dowsing Dagger because you can probably get the damage through with Tempest Caller, and Herald of Secret Streams.

Good Job man, I might use the Diminish and Tree of Perdition in a modern deck

Thank you, everyone for all the help, this is probably the best deck I've ever built in modern, and I'm really excited to play this at my next FNM.

Well the only other good sacrifice outlet in these colors is Bubbling Cauldron. Thank you for the suggestion. :)

True but I'm trying to get everything set up in a way that I can sacrifice the Egg as soon as it hits the battlefield. That's how I want to play this deck. And this is actually the exact reason I put Turn Aside in my sideboard. But thank you for helping. :)

I would like to keep this deck modern, so Fierce Empath is out. Vapor Snag is better than Unsummon so I will be replacing that, Elvish Piper is easier to destroy then Champion of Rhonas. Thank you for the suggestions. :)

I'm a bit worried about Elvish Piper just because it's easy to destroy, while Champion of Rhonas is a bit harder to destroy, and both of them will activate on the same turn. Champion of Rhonas might die after he attacks, but he did his job. Thank you for the suggestion though. :)

Emrakul has protection form colored spells so cards like Path to Exile, and Incinerate can't target her. The only cards that can target her are cards with devoid, like Scour from Existence, or cards that are colorless, like Helvault. Proteus Staff is mostly luck, and in order to make it useful I'd have to add quite a few Scry effects. But thank you for the suggestion. :)
