Deck Description

This deck is all about milling yourself and recurring creatures from the graveyard. Vengevine and Gravecrawler are your bestfriends in this deck.

This deck is designed to be a modern competitive deck. The sideboard is filled with ways to answer some of the more popular competitive deck.

How to Play

Self-mill and Vengevine are the name of the game.

Dream Twist, Thought Scour, Glimpse the Unthinkable and the Hedron Crab Fetch Land synergy.

The rest of the deck is built around getting Vengevine out of your graveyard and swinging in for damage fast.

Deck discussion for HedronVine

I like thought scour over merfolk secretkeeper in this build. Fewer cards milled, but retains tempo and card advantage, and a 0/4 that doesn't trigger amalgam or help with gravecrawler isn't going to help much. Yes it helps with vengevine, but thought scour's material retention allows for vengevine help (for only U).

At least that's the way I look at it.

I also like 4 dream twist over gnaw to the bone, but that's me.

Thanks dknight27, I appreciate the advice, I added the thought scours over the secretkeeper and I changed to the 4 twists.
