I wanted to build a viashino tribal deck, and what better way to abuse them than pandamonium?
burn your opponent down until you can get pandamonium into play. racketeers let you draw into it by discarding your hellspark elementals and viashino sandscouts, which are the weakest links in your deck. you can also discard extra pandas with them. best cards are norin the wary and archwing dragon, with a powerhouse finisher in tarox bladewing. cheap and fun deck to pwn opponents with, especially in multiplayer. volcanic fallout is also a great utility card as a one sided wrath as most of your creatures will be in your hand.
