Very good. I would recommend dream twist because it is 1 mana and can be flashbacked. Also make the ratio of islands to swamps much less. You have more than double island based cards than swamp so take out 4 swamps and add 4 islands. This amount is good because you will still have 8 lands with the possibility of black mana and more mana for blue mana.

Looks good. I would add that one red sorcery that puts in a 7/1 red elemental with haste and trample and must be sacrificed at the end of the turn, and it has kicker for a little bit more that makes that token come into play with +7,+0 making it a 14/1.

Ok, I fixed the problem a bit. I did think that the double/bounce lands would not work alone.

Too many rakdos. You should have only up to two of each. But otherwise than that it seems very very good.

Ummmm....... Could you be a little more specific because there are many types of snakes in the game. At the very least you could tell us what set this "snake" is from, for that would help us understand what you are saying.

So many things, I don't know where to start. First take out omen machine, second get duplicates of the cards that are important to the deck and take out the cards that are almost pointless and not helpful. Also try to stick to 1 main creature type because juggling 3 main types is hard and this deck doesn't really work that way. Also take the red out because it is just acting as a burden to the rest of the black deck or at least make it have dual lands.

You might also want to add the new rakdos lord of riots
he costs 2 red and 2 black. He is a 6/6 trample and flyer and you have to have dealt damage to an opponent that turn to play him. Lastly the best part: creature spell you control cost 1 less to play for each life point lost by an opponent this turn.

get rid of the black and white because the only things it helps are the unburial rites and it is not the best card for this deck anyways. Also add some more islands and some menfolk of the pearl tridents.

Yeah drop black and liliana was pretty pointless anyways. Also why melira because it is also pointless unless i am not seeing something. Lastly you should add some more ways to add counters to awaken the dragon like travel preparations and quest for the gemblades.

add some selective memories so you can have all four griffins exiled at once. Also take out the creatures that don't really serve a purpose in this deck and replace them with things that help in this situation. Lastly add some pull from eternities to the deck because once you exile them with the selective memory return them to the graveyard using this and use ruinator on them.
