Building it: I wanted to make a beginner's deck for each of my friends. The Idea behind this is that if we get a new player he can play against each with the (beginner) deck he choose and still have a good chance as they should be roughly equal in power level. So how to build a goblin deck without lords or mass-strengthening...difficult question. I decided to go with mass-tokens, some sacrifice and a strong leader. Waaagh!Cardpool:To keep this deck simple I decided to stay modern-legal even if this would only be played at the kitchen table. Lands are limited to Commons and Uncommon', no Rare's or Mythic's. Other cards are limited to Common's, Uncommon's and 1 Rare (max 4 times) per deck, no Mythic's.Mass-strengthening-effects (+x/+x to all creatures) and too many spells with multiple effects should also be avoided.Budget:The overall budget for the beginner's decks should be between 14 to 16$. (Mid value).Keywords/ Mechanics in this deck you'll have to explain (Beside the basic rules):Haste, Discard, SacrificeTests:At the moment this deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to further improve this deck.
Goblin Rabblemaster is the powerhouse in this deck. Supported by cheap goblin producing spells he can be a real problem for your opponent. Goblin Tunneler allows you to make him unblockable, simply use his ability on the Rabblemaster before you declare attackers. Massive Raid can deal the last points of damage you need to defeat your opponent.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
Wouldn't Goblin Grenade be really good in this deck? Arguably way better than shock.
Yes, but with 1$ as average price it will push the price of the deck way above the desired 14-16$.
Fair enough :)
Muktol: we both share a passion for simple explanatory decknames, but I did do some research on names half a year ago and had to conclude that weird fancy decknames are more upvoted. It's sort of like you have to click on them to see what's behind the name.
