Deck Description

The base of this deck was a monoU mill deck I built a while ago (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/monou-mill-2/).

But this time I wanted to add "Ghostly Flicker" to the deck, which changed the built a little bit. "Sanity Grinding" was removed due to it's infectivity in this deck (only a single with double {U} in the mana-costs, no triple and the rest simple {U} or colorless), "Ior Ruin Expedition" was added for carddraw and the number of "Shriekhorn" was upped to 4.

This deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.
I'm sorry for my bad English, but I'm no native speaker.

How to Play

The basic idea here is to mill via landfall, "Hedron Crab" and "Increasing Confusion".

"Ghostly Flicker" allows you to blink up to two artifacts, creatures or lands.
A single "Hedron Crab" on the field will mill 3 (when you have played a land) + 6 for a single mana (Play "Ghostly Flicker" targeting 2 tapped lands preferably, they will come back untapped and can be used again!)

Deck discussion for MonoU: Mill 2

Although fetchlands have been shown to have less utility in mono-C decks (which sometimes use them just for thinning), this being another LF trigger deck, can see them being useful here, as well. Like all the creative uses you're finding for Ghostly Flicker! +1.

The problem I see with normal fetchlands (Terramorphic Expanse, Evolving Wilds, and so on) is that the slow you down. The only way around that would be using the expensive ones (like Polluted Delta) but those are simply to expansive ($) to play in a deck built just for fun. Competitive tournament play is another thing.

Ghostly Flicker can even blink Shriekhorn to refresh it's counters and allow you to mill on, if nothing else is possible. So it's a very versatile card.
