The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

From the page http://tinyleaders.blogspot.co.at/2013/09/introduction-to-format.htmlThe Tiny Leaders format was conceived in 2013 as a format for those who enjoy a challenge when deck building, and love EDH. Changes to the EDH (a.k.a. Commander) Rules: The Tiny Leaders format ignores play rule 10: "If a player has been dealt 21 points of combat damage by a particular Commander during the game, that player loses a game." and changes play rule 13: "Players begin the game with 40 life." to "Players begin the game with 25 life."Special Rules: Decks are constructed with 50 cards, each card must not contain mana symbols not present in their Commander's Colour Identity (ref. Rule 3, http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php) and every card should have a converted mana cost of 3 or less.Tiny Leaders is presented to be a one on one format, with a best of three match, and 10 card sideboards. Sideboarding is done in between games. Your deck must remain 50 cards, and your commander may not change between games.Format Exclusive Card: One general is available for use, to fill the colour identity hole left by no legendary creature existing with that colour identity and mana cost.Sultai [Legendary Creature] UBG (2/2)I already had built a Varolz commander deck and had played it once or twice so I knew how hard he could hit. Liking what I read about the Tiny Leaders format I decided to use him for my first deck of that kind. This deck exists only on this site and has never been played against another deck. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to improve this deck.
Varolz the Scar stripped can hit pretty hard with some support and though the commander damage rule is removed in the Tiny Leaders format, dealing 21 damage (Commander) or 25 damage (Tiny Leaders) is no big thing for him. Cards like "Death's Shadow" or "Phyrexian Dreadnought" go instantly in your graveyard and can be converted to +1/+1 counters for Varolz. Artifacts that give him trample or unblockable finish the story.

Buried alive and cards like putrid imp, pack rat, and oona's prowler would assist lotleth with filling the graveyard to pull off a quicker combo kill. Stinkweed imp, golgari thug, and life from the loam (if you run fetches/cheap fetches/LD) for this same reason. Also, maybe remove a few of the weaker varolz targets to play creatures which can Voltron well as backups. If you're not morally opposed, glistener elf, blight mamba, plague stinger, and even tainted strike do this well. Also, the casting cost of Master of the Feast seems too appealing to pass up.
Thanks for the suggestions!Did some changes to include "Buried alive", "Golgari Thug", "Glistener Elf" and " Tainted Strike"
